Attorney Cevdet KOCAMAN was born in 1951 in Edirne-Uzunköprü Balaban village. After graduating from Edirne High School in 1968, he started Istanbul University Faculty of Law in the same year.
He graduated from the faculty in 1972 and started his profession as a lawyer affiliated to the Edirne Bar Association. Cevdet KOCAMAN After 1975 He worked as a freelance lawyer in Uzunköprü.
KOCAMAN, who studied Fine Arts, Painting and Graphics in Denmark between 1985-1990, became the Consultant of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Turkey in 1991, and the Cultural Attaché of the Copenhagen Embassy between 1994-2000. carried out his duties.
KOCAMAN, who led the working group of Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, which underwent major changes in 1994, after retiring from the Ministry of Culture, became a freelance lawyer under the Ankara Bar Association, He worked as a consultant in the field of Foreign Borrowing and Intellectual and Artistic Works, as a lawyer and expert in cases.
KOCAMAN has opened many painting exhibitions in Turkey and abroad, and her works are exhibited in the collections of many institutions and organizations.
KOCAMAN, as well as the presidents of foreign bar associations, Prof. Dr. Hunting. Faruk EREM, today’s President of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, Prof. Dr. Hunting. He made portraits of all union presidents until Metin FEYZİOĞLU. and these portraits are exhibited at TBB.
